We will work together to find the treatments that work best for your body, releasing long term holding patterns, deep tension and chronic pain without the use of excessive pressure or painful therapies. By treating the whole person through passive range of motion, ,orthoepic & myofascial cupping therapy, myofascial release, and hydrotherapy in the form of hot stones & towels, we can redefine pain management and mobility. At Insight massage, the price you see is the price you pay. Tipping is turned off at the square terminal and prices are set at a fixed rate. All services are priced at the same hourly rate and the following therapies are included as an option in every session.

Deep Tissue

$90 for 60min / $120 for 90 Min

Deep tissue massage is a technique that is useful in musculoskeletal issues such as strains, muscle tension, adhesions, over use and sports injuries. Deep tissue dose not necessarily mean intense pressure, but instead involves applying sustained pressure using slow targeted movement. The therapist may incorporator range of motion to allow accesses to the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. Good communication is important between client and therapist to ensure a comfortable, pain-free session.

Swedish Massage

$90 for 60min / $120 for 90 Min

Swedish massage is one of the most commonly offered massage techniques. The technique aims to promote relaxation by using long, smooth movements that release muscle tension, promote circulation, and relaxation. Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and typically uses light to medium pressure.

Myofascial Massage

$110 for 60min / $140 for 90 Min

Fascial tissue is a kind of connective tissue that wraps and holds together all structures in the body. Myofascial Massage uses gentle sustained holds combined with movement of the client's body to create a sense of release and lengthening in the body. It is very helpful for individuals with chronic pain or in need of a gentle session.

Orthopidic & Myofascial Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy, an ancient myofascial manipulation, uses special cups on tension areas to create decompressive therapy. It promotes circulation, improves lymph drainage, releases tension, softens scar tissue, and frees nerves. Versatile and adjustable in intensity, it may cause temporary marks and soreness. Not suitable for fragile skin.

Bamboo-fusion is an innovative massage therapy that employs warm bamboo tools of various shapes and sizes to produce broad firm strokes to pin point muscle striping techniques. This therapy is amazing at melt away tension to both the muscular and facial systems, promotes circulation and lymphatic movement, and breaks up adhesions. The pressure is adaptable to each individual client's need and can be gentle or firm.

In this 30 min session, we will use glass cups to promote relaxation, relieve tension and promote circulation to the muscles and skin of the neck, jaw and face. While the cups are always moving to reduce the risk of marks to the face, this therapy can leave bruise-like marks on sensitive skin.

Therapeutic Massage

Relaxation massage is gentler than therapeutic massage and typically uses light to medium pressure.

Deep Heat Massage

In this session, The Lanshin Massager by ACERA is used with hot stones. This tool is a deeply soothing experience of massage and Far-Infrared (FIR) heat. Far-Infrared (FIR) transfers energy solely in the form of heat that can be sensed by the human body. These tools provide heat therapy to the muscle, which can help relax tension, improve circulation, reduces inflammation, increase range of motion, reduce stress/ anxiety and reduce pain.

I have always known I would be in a profession of helping others. Graduating from the Oregon School of Massage and specializing in Myofascial and Cupping therapies has allowed me to help others in a very deep, unique and meaningful way. I love working with all types of clients, but especially enjoy helping older clients maintain their mobility, independence and quality of life, as well as the challenge of individuals with chronic pain and unique medical needs. I strive to help the body find it's natural state of relaxation and peace by working with the bodies systems, waiting and listening for the tissues to soften and lengthen, and only working deeper when they are ready to do so.

My mission is to help clients walk away from a session feeling whole in both body and spirit, and confident that they can continue to make a positive long lasting change in themselves long after our session is over.
